At a Glance
What each person owes (their fair share), what they've already paid toward it, and the credits Tyler's applying for his own mix-ups — netted out to who actually owes whom.
Shared Pool
Rental car plus every meal and drink the group split, in order from Thursday arrival to Saturday night. Most items split four ways — a couple split narrower, noted below each.
Item-by-Item Shares
The same shared pool above, broken out per person — each item's fair share on top, who actually fronted it on the bottom.
- Golf No. 10 + The Cradle — since Tyler, Kyle, and Granger added No. 10 to the 3-round package, there was an additional $65 charge for them to play the Cradle, listed as “Golf No 1-5” on each of their folios. Colin doesn't have one, since his Cradle round counted toward his 3-round package. There was also an additional $125 premium for No. 10, just for those three.
- No. 2 round carries a $250 premium plus an $85 caddie fee, bundled into one $335 charge. The caddie fee was already covered there — Tyler didn't realize that and had everyone give the caddies $150 cash on top, more than double the $65 suggested gratuity. Since that mix-up was his, he's crediting the extra $85 back to everyone below as a make-good.
- The original $1,800 group deposit was $300 per person across all six original travelers (Tyler, Colin, Kyle, Granger, Kevin, James). Granger's $300 share got moved to his own folio, but he'd already Venmo'd Tyler back for it when the trip was first booked, so his nets to zero. Colin and Kyle never reimbursed their $300 shares, so that's added to each of their totals below.
- Kyle Venmo'd Tyler $1,000 before the trip to get ahead of expenses — that credit is netted into his total below.
- Kyle's share is lower than the others for the on-course drinking charges because he wasn't boozing.
